Website and email privacy

Pre-launch draft: the retention periods for the provider’s internal server logs and the service’s processing terms must be verified before this website is published.

This policy covers the AbeOrbit presentation website and email communication operated by PeBa Trade s.r.o. It does not replace the separate privacy policies for our games or SitePilot AI.

Support messages

When you email us, we use your email address, message and any attachments to handle your enquiry. Email is provided by ACTIVE 24, s.r.o., Company ID 25115804, Sokolovská 394/17, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, which processes messages on our behalf. Please do not send passwords, payment details or children’s personal information.

We handle ordinary enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with users and providing support (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Enquiries necessary for a contract or steps requested before a contract are handled under Article 6(1)(b); legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c).

We delete ordinary support correspondence from our mailboxes no later than 12 months after the enquiry is closed. Messages needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims are retained only as long as necessary for that purpose. According to ACTIVE24’s hosting documentation, files, emails and databases are backed up for 14 days. Deleting a message from our mailbox therefore does not immediately remove it from the provider’s backups.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. Send requests to privacy@abeorbit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority. Providing information is voluntary, but without sufficient details we may be unable to respond.

Hosting and technical records

Web hosting is provided by ACTIVE 24, s.r.o., Company ID 25115804. When you visit the public website, hosting servers process technical connection data and may record access and error logs, including your IP address and time of access. These records help operate the website, diagnose errors and protect it against misuse, based on our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation. According to ACTIVE24 support, logs stored in the hosting space remain there while the service is paid for. This statement does not specify when they are deleted after the service ends. Retention periods for the provider’s separate internal server logs are still awaiting confirmation.

Cookies and tracking

The current website code uses no advertising or analytics trackers, embeds no third-party videos and loads its fonts and images locally. It has no user accounts or contact form. We do not use the website for profiling or automated decisions about visitors. Any cookies or additional processing introduced by hosting must be checked when the public site is deployed.
